Responsabilidades

Define and implement the Software platform strategy aligned with vision and goals
Develop roadmaps for software development in alignment with product and market needs
Lead design, coding, and testing to deliver high-quality, secure software
Oversee verification and validation to meet functional and performance specs
Drive continuous improvement for performance, scalability, and security
Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder communication
Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices
Mentor and develop the software team for growth and retention

Requisitos principales

10+ years of software engineering leadership experience
Strong background in software architecture, development, validation, and QA
Deep understanding of Agile at scale (SAFe) with cross-functional leadership
Proven track record building high-performing teams and talent development
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience driving continuous improvement and innovation in software culture
Continuous learning and staying updated on technologies and connectivity protocols
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; SAFe/Agile leadership certifications a strong plus
Industry knowledge of protection and control for T&D; IEC 61850, 60870-5, 62351, 62433-4-2 knowledge
Power System Product Design experience appreciated
