In this role you will deliver customer-focused web experiences for the JPM Invest Web app within an Agile team. You’ll own features from estimation to release, contribute to code quality and testing, and collaborate with Product and Operations to solve real user problems in a fast-moving fintech environment. You’ll work in cross-functional squads, share knowledge, and contribute to technical initiatives that evolve the codebase. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact the investment experience for clients at scale.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with Product team to translate user needs into features for the JPM Invest Web app within an Agile SDLC
Take ownership of tasks from estimation through release and post-production
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve defects
Write tests for all delivered code and follow best practices
Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality and continuous learning
Share knowledge and participate in skill-sharing sessions across teams
Contribute to technical initiatives to improve the codebase and tooling
Focus on solving core problems (not just symptoms) and consider accessibility, security, observability and performance in all work

Requisitos principales

Proven track record of building and maintaining customer-centric web applications/SPAs
Strong proficiency in React and its core principles
Solid web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES6)
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, RTL, Cypress or Playwright
Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Parcel) and pre-processors (SASS, CSS Modules)
Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Github Actions)
Understanding of REST and working with APIs
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product and Operations
Curiosity and openness to different approaches and ideas
Commitment to self-development and keeping up with web/React trends
