As Software Development Team Leader, you will guide an embedded software team to deliver high-assurance C/C++ solutions for aerospace and multi-component systems. You will shape software architecture, drive integration of classical algorithms with AI, and ensure high quality, traceability, and compliance in a multi-stakeholder environment. You’ll lead technical planning, reviews, and CI/CD, collaborating with QA/OPS and cross-functional teams. This role offers impact across architecture, performance, and delivery at scale in a mission-focused company.

Responsabilidades

Participate in technical reviews, audits, and releases
Define, maintain, and evolve software architecture
Lead and coordinate the development team (planning, reviews, support)
Code optimization in C/C++ and define best practices
Implement LLR requirements and CI/CD cycle control
Review unit tests, integration, and code coverage
Collaborate with QA/OPS on validations and integrations
Ensure quality, performance, and traceability in a multi-stakeholder environment
