You will act as servant leader and Scrum Master, shaping development processes and championing lean practices. You work closely with stakeholders and leadership to align on goals and governance, and you line-manage talent and performance. Responsabilidades

Serve as servant leader and Scrum Master to build self-organized, owning teams
Provide technical guidance and mentor lean software development practices
Facilitate agile rituals, drive knowledge sharing, and remove impediments
Ensure delivery quality, scope, and timeliness; manage stakeholder expectations
Governance: ensure compliance with company/department standards and rules
Line management: recruiting, performance management, and individual staff development
