You will lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable software platforms for T&D configuration and grid automation, driving the digital transformation of the energy sector. Collaborating with embedded, power systems, and UI/UX teams, you enable secure, future-ready solutions and multi-vendor interoperability. You shape technical direction for protection relays, grid-edge configuration, and digital substations, with a focus on cloud-readiness, cybersecurity, and AI-assisted workflows. This role combines technical authority with customer engagement and strategic roadmap influence.

Responsabilidades

Define architecture and evolution of scalable, modular, and secure software platforms for T&D configuration systems
Design cloud-native platforms using .NET, Java, Python, and TypeScript for desktop, edge, and cloud deployments
Drive IEC 61850 engineering workflow integration into automated tooling
Align firmware, UI/UX, and power systems teams for coherent system design
Collaborate on cybersecurity, SDLC, and DevSecOps practices for critical infrastructure
Promote reuse of software components across product lines
Oversee lifecycle of configuration and commissioning tools for protection and control devices with SCADA/DMS/EMS integration
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with IEC standards and end-to-end SDLC
Partner with architects and customers to deliver reliable, flexible grid solutions
Monitor emerging tech (cloud-native, model-driven engineering, AI/ML) and contribute to roadmaps and IP
Mentor engineers and represent the organization in customer engagements, RFPs, and industry events
