In this role you will drive the sales pipeline for a fast-growing Employer Branding & ATS SaaS platform from Stockholm. You will own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, outreach, meetings, closing deals and onboarding clients, while collaborating with an international team. You’ll work with a best-in-class product and enjoy a generous, uncapped commission structure within a supportive, fun culture. Responsabilidades
- Prospect and qualify leads
- Cold calling and outreach to book meetings
- Manage end-to-end sales process from demo to close
- Close deals and onboard new clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Maintain high activity levels and drive toward weekly goals
Requisitos principales
- Fluent in French and English
- B2B sales experience (HR sales a plus)
- Self-starter with proven lead follow-up and multi-level engagement
- Ability to contact anyone and book meetings via phone or email
- Strong motivation to exceed targets and maintain high activity
- Positive, can-do attitude
