In this role you will lead the Log Onboarding Factory within AXA Group Security, shaping how log sources are onboarded and integrated into the SIEM. You’ll drive end-to-end onboarding projects, coordinate with entities and third-party teams, and ensure logging standards and configurations are consistently applied. You will enable secure, efficient monitoring and threat detection across AXA, contributing to a robust cyber defense. This is a chance to impact security operations at scale in a global insurer.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Log Onboarding Factory team and manage onboarding processes
Define prerequisites for log sources and configure connectors and IP settings
Manage firewall flow openings and device logging configurations
Validate event reception from log sources and troubleshoot issues
Identify optimization and automation opportunities to streamline onboarding
Document onboarding standards, connectors, and mappings
Coordinate with entities and third-party teams to deliver onboarding demands
Engage with SIEM Platform Management for CI within AXA and track change activity
Participate in demand requests and projects as SME for onboarding scoping and design
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned onboarding and reporting
