In this SOC Manager role, you will lead Devoteam's Security Operations Center within Global Managed Services, overseeing daily operations and a team of security analysts. You will drive incident detection, response, and recovery across multiple clients and technologies, while shaping SOC processes and tooling. Collaborating with product owners, service delivery, and the global security practice, you will ensure aligned threat management and continuous improvement. Responsabilidades

Lead and develop the SOC team to deliver managed security services across clients and technologies
Oversee incident detection, triage, response, and recovery with customers and internal teams
Define SOC processes, playbooks, KPIs, and escalation procedures
Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams for integrated threat management
Contribute to design and enhancement of security monitoring tools, automation, and reporting
Manage customer relationships and communication during and after incidents
Support pre-sales and service delivery in defining security SLAs and MDR offerings
Monitor SOC performance metrics and report trends to senior management
Stay updated on threats and technologies to strengthen SOC capabilities
Build governance structure with policies, control assessments, KPIs, audits, and reporting
Coordinate audits, track findings, and ensure remediation for continuous compliance
Use and manage GRC tools (OneTrust, Dastra, ServiceNow) to streamline processes
Collaborate with executives and CISO to communicate audit findings and metrics
Contribute to third-party compliance activities including vendor assessments

Requisitos principales

7–10 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in leadership within a SOC or MSSP
Strong technical background in SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, vulnerability management, and incident response
Experience managing multi-customer or multi-region security operations
Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ITIL
Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams across international environments
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC or equivalent are a strong plus
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
Fluency in English; willingness to travel within EMEA as needed
Based in Barcelona (Spain)
