In this role, you will lead the SOC strategy and service delivery to ensure compliant, effective security operations. You will oversee tool deployment (SIEM, SOAR, tickets, alerting) and end-to-end SOC processes, aligning security with business objectives. You will coordinate with security and business stakeholders, manage incidents, and drive continuous service improvement. This position offers impact at scale within a leading aerospace organization, shaping incident response maturity and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

Define and drive the SOC strategy with regulatory compliance in mind
Oversee tool deployment and management for SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, and alerting platforms; refine related workflows
Design and implement end-to-end SOC processes from notification to escalation
Foster stakeholder relationships and coordinate security operations during incidents or crises
Ensure SOC service delivery excellence by monitoring SLAs and evaluating SOC activity effectiveness
Align SOC activities with business units through reporting on service effectiveness at multiple management levels
Lead security incident response activities across detection, analysis, containment, and recovery
Support business units with cybersecurity best practices and pre-onboarding log assessments

Requisitos principales

3-5 years of cybersecurity experience with focus on SOC, incident response, or security analysis
Proven ability to define, implement, and optimize security processes and workflows
Proficiency in Splunk for security monitoring, log analysis, and dashboards
Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
English proficiency required
