In this SMB Sales role, you drive Freightos’ growth by identifying new business opportunities and steering the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure. You will expand Freightos’ customer base across countries and contribute to revenue targets, working closely with cross-functional teams. You handle prospecting, needs discovery, product demonstrations, and negotiations, influencing initial onboarding. This is a chance to shape how SMBs move freight more efficiently at scale.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospect leads by researching target markets and potential clients
  • Engage via cold outreach and social selling to build relationships
  • Qualify prospects by understanding needs and decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored pitches and product demos to address challenges
  • Handle objections with data, case studies, and testimonials
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and offers
  • Close deals and oversee onboarding before handoff to Account Management
  • Monitor pipeline and analyze sales data in CRM to refine strategy
  • Attend industry events and travel as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve sales techniques

Requisitos principales

  • Fluent in English and French or German
  • Industry experience in freight, logistics, transportation, or supply chain
  • Experience supporting multiple software products and using data to drive value
  • Proven success in generating business and closing sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management
  • Willingness to travel; able to work in a hybrid environment
