In this role, you will strengthen the reliability and scalability of Okta’s Auth0 Platform in Europe. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to embed reliability into the platform by design, tackling incidents and driving improvements. You’ll build Go-based solutions to boost availability, performance, and observability, while advancing SRE tooling and processes. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at scale, with a strong emphasis on on-call incident response and automation. You’ll contribute to a culture that values learning, collaboration, and long-term reliability.

Responsabilidades
- Design and build custom Go software to improve platform reliability, resiliency, and redundancy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed reliability principles and enhance service availability and observability
- Apply infrastructure and observability knowledge to identify and implement product improvements
- Participate in on-call rotations, responding to incidents and guiding mitigation or escalation
- Develop and refine SRE tooling and automation to boost operational efficiency
- Define and champion reliability best practices across the organization
Requisitos principales
- Production experience with large-scale, mission-critical applications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with strong preference for Go (write actual applications, not just scripts)
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps (ArgoCD)
- Experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) and on-call experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed, remote team
