As a Site Manager, you lead on-site construction and installation activities to deliver safe, timely, and high-quality results within budget. You will supervise teams and subcontractors, align work with project plans, and strengthen safety and regulatory compliance. The role evolves toward strategic site leadership and stakeholder management in an international setting. You will collaborate with clients, coordinate logistics, and support commissioning to drive project success.
Responsabilidades
- Define and organize the installation plan and on-site activities
- Ensure work follows the defined schedule and planning
- Support budgeting and subcontractor hiring for execution
- Manage budget for installation activities and coordinate with client and subcontractors
- Lead site interactions, delegate installation tasks to suppliers/partners
- Prepare for commissioning and support testing phase
- Organize on-site logistics and manage site documentation
- Oversee internal processes and ensure Health and Safety compliance
Requisitos principales
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Site Manager
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in an international project environment
- Fluency in English and French (B2)
- Travel flexibility for international assignments and up to 90% site presence
- Driving license
- Preferable experience in automated warehouses, airports, or logistics
