In this role you will lead new initiatives sourced from the Granollers Site, coordinating with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-conscious projects on time. You will serve as the primary contact for innovation and strategic projects, aligning actions with the Global Initiative Leader and cross-functional teams. You will drive CPS adherence, track project KPIs, and lead problem-solving and continuous improvement to boost supply chain effectiveness. This position offers exposure to a global beauty company culture, with opportunities to influence processes and outcomes across a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilidades
- Lead all new initiative executions after handover from GIL
- Ensure quality, cost, and quantity on-time and in-full for assigned projects
- Align, build, and follow up Critical Path Schedule (CPS)
- Organize and lead kickoff and execution meetings and other key touchpoints
- Build action plans for supply chain issues with stakeholders
- Track all projects and report KPI results to local scorecard
- Activate alert process for unresolved issues and communicate risks to Lead Team and business
- Apply loss analysis and continuous-improvement mindset to optimize processes and performance
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BA or similar
- Experience in Supply Chain and Project Management
- English advanced
- SAP and MS Project are highly recommended
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with critical thinking and decision-making
- People leadership and ability to motivate a high-performing team
- Results-focused with adaptability to dynamic environments
- Collaborative, stakeholder management to drive performance
- Accountability and ownership of performance
