As Project Manager in our technical team, you will plan and drive optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in Spain, ensuring successful delivery and cross-functional alignment. You will coordinate resources, monitor progress, and analyze performance to uncover bottlenecks and opportunities. You’ll stay technically current on Kärcher products and influence workshop efficiency. This role offers impact through process improvements and collaboration in a market-leading, growth-focused environment.

Responsabilidades
- Direct project implementation (e.g., launch of OneView)
- Coordinate resources (technical staff, materials, training) across stakeholders
- Monitor progress, report deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Collect and analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks
- Continuous technical training on Kärcher products
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of project management experience (desirable)
- Fluency in English
