As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst at Celonis in Madrid, you will shape and support our Workday HCM platform, aligning HR processes with business needs. You’ll partner with People Operations to implement scalable features across Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, and more. You’ll troubleshoot issues, propose technical enhancements, and mentor peers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers impact through optimizing HR systems and integrations in a fast-growth, process-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable Workday HCM features across multiple modules
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate cross-functional needs
Troubleshoot incidents and service requests on the Workday platform
Evaluate existing solutions and recommend technical improvements
Provide project status updates and manage implementation complexity
Mentor peers on best practices and dependencies across platforms
Collaborate with ServiceNow, Workday Finance, and IT infra teams on cross-platform solutions and integrations

Requisitos principales

3-5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with specialization in at least one functional area
Advanced knowledge of Workday configuration, security, reporting, calculated fields, and EIBs
Ability to quickly grasp and support multiple functional areas
Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement
Excellent English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented
