In this role, you will shape and own Global Hotel’s distribution platform roadmap, driving B2B integration initiatives and API product development. You will mentor a small product team and partner with engineering, commercial, and external vendors to scale hotel distribution capabilities. You’ll translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure reliable, scalable integrations powering both B2C and B2B experiences. This is a high-impact, international role focused on strategic decisions and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

Define and own the 12–18 month product roadmap for distribution platform, including channel manager connectivity and API development
Lead discovery with channel manager partners and internal extranet stakeholders
Make build-vs-buy-or-partner decisions and drive API product development
Translate business requirements into technical specs with engineering
Define KPIs and success metrics for initiatives
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of partner-facing and internal tools
Ensure scalable, reliable data flows across B2C/B2B integrations
Mentor 2–3 product team members and promote customer-centric culture

Requisitos principales

8+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years in B2B tech products (travel tech, fintech, or marketplace ecosystems)
3+ years hands-on experience with technical integrations (APIs, connectivity platforms, channel management systems)
Proven track record leading complex B2B product initiatives with measurable business impact
Experience partnering with technology vendors or channel partners
Strong technical acumen: API architectures, system integrations, data flows, databases, distributed systems
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
