In this role you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice. You will partner with HR business partners and leadership to shape recruitment strategy, streamline processes, and leverage data-driven insights. You will drive innovative sourcing, EVP development, and DEI-aligned branding to attract top talent for senior roles. This opportunity offers impact across international teams and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing organization.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
  • Plan recruitment for senior hires to attract top-tier talent
  • Optimize hiring processes and recruitment frameworks for efficiency
  • Implement data-driven recruitment practices using market insights and internal metrics
  • Identify trends in talent acquisition, technology, and digital hiring
  • Utilize direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks) for hard-to-reach candidates
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior roles from sourcing to offer
  • Develop candidate attraction campaigns for active and passive talent
  • Guide hiring managers on role profiling, talent mapping, and recruitment strategies
  • Evaluate external recruitment vendors for ROI and service quality
  • Design and execute Employer Branding strategies to boost reputation
  • Strengthen EVP alignment with culture and talent goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal comms on career content and DEI
  • Create content for career pages and campaigns
  • Establish university partnerships and industry collaborations to raise brand awareness
  • Streamline and automate recruitment processes and optimize ATS usage
  • Leverage talent analytics and market intelligence to inform decisions
  • Drive continuous TA process improvements and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with HRBPs and leadership to address recruitment challenges
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices and candidate assessment
  • Support onboarding improvements with Learning & Development teams
  • Promote DEI initiatives in hiring and branding

Requisitos principales

  • 7+ years in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency) in fast-paced environments
  • Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement experience
  • Proven Employer Branding and EVP strategy development
  • Experience with ATS (Workday a plus) and recruitment automation tools
  • Ability to analyze internal and external talent market data for hiring decisions
  • University degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related fields (HR postgraduate training desirable)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Proactive team player with a can-do attitude and passion for TA
