In this role you will lead high-impact strategy projects in Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, and Energy, guiding market studies, investment-attraction strategies, and feasibility work. You will strengthen IDOM’s international strategic consulting practice and help position the firm across sectors. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex, international assignments, building trust with senior clients. Responsabilidades

Lead strategy projects in target sectors (market studies, pre-feasibility, business case development)
Drive commercial development and international positioning of IDOM in Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, and Energy
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic engagements
Develop investment attraction strategies and client proposals
Support leadership in expanding the energy practice and international footprint
Mentor and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality insights

Requisitos principales

6-10 years of Consulting/Advisory experience with focus on energy, infrastructure, or metals
Solid knowledge of energy markets and value chain (generation, networks, storage, hydrogen)
Deep sector knowledge of mining, metals, smelting, steel, non-ferrous metals with strategy/investments exposure
Experience in infrastructure (water, waste management, roads)
Strong analytical and financial skills (CAPEX/OPEX, IRR, NPV)
Clear commercial focus and ability to build trust with senior clients
High level of English
Team collaboration and technical rigor
Autonomy and innovative mindset
Strong learning orientation in an international company
