In this role you will lead iOS development to advance Roche’s digital health products. You’ll write high‑quality code, model technical decisions, and mentor the team to adopt best practices. You’ll influence product strategy through strong technical input and act as an internal consultant for cross‑functional activities. You’ll work autonomously in interdisciplinary teams to ship scalable, accessible iOS experiences that delight users. Responsabilidades
- Develop and ship native iOS apps with focus on quality and performance
- Model architectural decisions and review code to raise engineering standards
- Provide technical guidance for product strategy and infrastructure improvements
- Serve as internal technical consultant for pre‑sales, sales and marketing activities
- Collaborate with designers, QA and product owners in cross‑functional teams
- Mentor engineers in Swift and Objective‑C and promote best practices
- Champion accessibility and responsive design while maintaining live, scalable products
- Drive testing and reliability to ensure high‑quality software delivery
Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of experience building native iOS apps
- Strong portfolio of beautiful, usable interfaces across iOS devices
- Empathy for user experience and a mindset to improve it
- Excellent written and verbal communication and feedback skills
- Experience working iteratively and maintaining live products
- Mentoring experience in Swift and Objective‑C
- Focus on accessibility, performance and systemic solutions
- Proven ability to build reliable, scalable and understandable software
- Experience writing tests to ensure quality
- English language proficiency in written and spoken form
