As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in the Platform Engineering Domain, you will shape the reliability and security of the AI Platform infrastructure. You will lead cloud, networking, CI/CD, and security for AI and MLOps workloads, partnering with data scientists and ML engineers to ensure seamless deployment and operation. You will mentor peers, influence the team’s strategy, and drive incident management and observability initiatives. Responsabilidades
- Design and implement platform solutions to improve reliability, security, and scalability
- Provide technical leadership for cloud infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and security for AI and MLOps workloads
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Teams on model deployment and operations
- Mentor and coach team members to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Shape team strategy, roadmap, and architecture
- Lead incident management and troubleshooting to ensure a stable AI development and deployment environment
- Enhance observability to meet performance and compliance requirements
Requisitos principales
- Strong hands-on cloud infrastructure design and maintenance in AWS
- Infrastructure as code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Networking and security best practices in cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar)
- Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
