You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute region-focused plans, emphasizing product adoption and rep training. You will manage revenue forecasting and performance metrics while navigating a fast-paced, global environment. Responsabilidades

  • Collaborate with Representatives and Distributors to develop and drive a pan-European sales program
  • Create and execute detailed sales plans by focus customer and product adoption plans
  • Identify training needs within the Rep network and help develop and deliver training material
  • Liaise with Corporate Headquarters on rep and customer support issues and drive issue resolution
  • Manage revenue forecasting to annual and quarterly plans with performance-to-plan monitoring
  • Travel as a key requirement

Requisitos principales

  • Extensive knowledge of the silicon chip industry, competition, standards and trends
  • Technical education at least Bachelor level
  • Track record of leading aggressive, results-driven campaigns through sales channels with 5+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders, customers and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using CRM, POS and data systems to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent oral and written communication with experience presenting to customers and management
  • Strong organizational, project management and execution skills in a fast-paced environment with clear communication
  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related; MBA preferred; 7 years of progressive sales/marketing leadership
  • EU location preferred: Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands
  • Proficiency in English; a second European language is a plus
