In this role, you drive regional compensation and rewards initiatives to align pay with internal and market data, shaping local frameworks and job architecture. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate structures, equity, and pay decisions while enhancing the overall rewards strategy. You’ll lead projects on compensation, job architecture, and pay equity, and support HR analytics and HRIS initiatives. This is a hands-on, global role with a clear impact on employee experience and organizational performance.

Responsabilidades
- Benchmark compensation and benefits for internal and external candidates
- Support annual salary and bonus processes, ensuring policy compliance
- Manage individual cases (offers, transfers, promotions) and negotiate conditions
- Educate employees on rewards to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and audit compensation practices; propose improvements
- Assess market competitiveness and identify enhancement opportunities
- Recommend and implement benefits that improve employee experience and ROI
- Oversee special compensation programs for targeted populations
- Maintain accurate grading structures and job architecture
- Conduct job evaluations and advise on grade adjustments for key roles
- Act as local expert for grading tools and liaise with global committees
- Ensure organizational structure and job catalog are updated and understood
- Lead regional implementation of the Share Match Plan and handle employee communication
- Adapt global policies locally and coordinate with payroll and external providers
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and committees (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion)
- Provide organizational and employee data to support People & Culture initiatives
Requisitos principales
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Department in an international / multinational company, with strong focus on rewards
- Advanced user of Excel
- Good user of PowerPoint and Word
- Workday knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Analytics and BI/Big Data tools is a plus
- Fluent English
