Responsabilidades

Lead and contribute to R&D projects delivering innovative high voltage solutions
Apply advanced engineering methods to solve complex industrial challenges
Help shape technology strategies and project portfolios
Lead project activities or integrate into project teams while mentoring junior colleagues
Stay current with industry trends, drive operational improvements and customer satisfaction
Act as a subject matter expert, represent the team in internal/external forums
Support IP strategy development, risk management and knowledge sharing within the team

Requisitos principales

Master in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field
5-10 years of R&D/engineering experience, preferably in high voltage equipment/components
Strong design and development experience with high voltage components (bushing experience advantageous)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Solid understanding of business processes and R&D environments
Proven project management experience and cross-functional collaboration
Basic understanding of intellectual property considerations in R&D
