In this role you drive analytical strategy for performance marketing, shaping bidding decisions across SEM and digital channels. You will bridge data science, marketing, and product to improve efficiency, scale, and profitability through data-driven insights. You’ll own complex analyses, work with large datasets, and influence campaign performance and business growth. Responsabilidades
- Steer analytical strategy and bidding decisions across SEM and other digital channels
- Design and refine automated bidding logic using statistical models and market trends
- Analyze large datasets to identify SEM optimization levers, elasticity, seasonality, and LTV-driven bidding
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and algorithmic behavior
- Collaborate with Data Science to integrate predictive models and forecasting tools into SEM decisions
- Work with Data Engineering and Product to embed SEM logic into production systems
- Test and iterate on SEM data pipelines, inputs, and optimization logic
- Design and interpret A/B and incrementality tests for bidding strategies
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of marketing efficiency, performance, and growth
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering)
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
- Experience in quantitative analysis, data science, or similar roles (travel, financial trading, or tech preferred)
- Skilled with large datasets, advanced analysis, and multi-source data integration
- Strong understanding of how data insights influence performance marketing and business outcomes
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with continuous methodological innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
- Self-starter, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
