In this role you steer the strategy and execution for scheme integrations and the core payment platform to move money for N26 customers across Europe. You own the product lifecycle for payment rails like SEPA, SWIFT, and APMs, ensuring a secure, scalable, and compliant processing engine. You collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Finance to deliver high-impact, compliant payment experiences and support global expansion. You shape the roadmap, drive new rails, and optimize the product funnel with data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

Own the full product lifecycle for scheme integrations and payment platform components (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT, APMs)
Define and drive the roadmap from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement
Lead the implementation of new payment rails and features based on data and strategy
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build compliant payment journeys
Prioritize scope to align short-term goals with long-term vision
Coordinate with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Finance for regulatory alignment and business success across schemes
Monitor and optimize the product funnel with data teams to improve performance, scalability, and UX

Requisitos principales

5+ years in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, banking, PSP, or online retail
Hands-on experience with payment scheme integrations (SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, or local rails)
Track record of launching platform or backend-heavy products in a regulated environment
Excellent analytical skills; ability to dive into specs, flows, and payment data
Strong prioritization and stakeholder management abilities
Strong collaboration and communication across disciplines and cultures
Educational background in STEM, business, or economics; MBA/MS or equivalent is a plus
Strong grasp of agile product development and delivery
