As Senior Product Manager for Flow & Habits, you’ll shape how millions of players engage with Candy Crush Soda Saga by defining a strategy and roadmap that boosts retention and business impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, tech, art, and data teams to drive engagement, while leading with autonomy and empathy. Your role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and mentoring, contributing to King’s broader portfolio goals. This is an opportunity to influence player behavior at scale and shape a high-performing, data-driven product culture.

Responsabilidades

Define and communicate a clear strategy and vision for Flow & Habits within the Meta domain
Set success metrics and track progress toward player and business goals
Refine plans based on data, learnings, and shifting context
Ensure alignment with Soda’s product strategy and King’s portfolio objectives
Identify assumptions, map risks, and design efficient tests to validate hypotheses
Use competitive insights and player research to guide direction
Partner with design, tech, art, and data teams to deliver a roadmap that drives engagement and retention
Balance exploration with delivery to ensure ongoing value and mitigate risk
Ensure execution quality, manage dependencies, and enable cross-team workflows aligned with Soda principles
Drive transparent, data-informed decisions and align stakeholders around outcomes
Create clarity and engagement by communicating strategy and priorities effectively
Collaborate with functional managers to assess performance and close gaps
Proactively resolve interpersonal or operational challenges and foster a culture of trust and high performance
Communicate with impact across all levels and adapt messaging to audiences
Mentor junior PMs, participate in hiring panels, and contribute to PM community
Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives

Requisitos principales

PM experience in free-to-play games or large-scale digital consumer products
Strong analytical skills integrating data, research, and qualitative insights
Strategic thinker with solid understanding of player behavior, business levers, and competition
Excellent communication and storytelling across diverse audiences
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex environment
High autonomy in ambiguous situations with strong prioritization and decision-making
