As Senior Product Designer, you will shape engaging experiences for mobile, web and desktop within our ecommerce-focused Product Design team. You’ll use user psychology and data-driven insights to inform design decisions that balance business goals with customer needs. You’ll create wireframes, prototypes and design assets, collaborating with engineers and contributing to the design system. The role emphasizes strategic impact, stakeholder alignment and mentorship within a fast-moving, ambitious company.

Responsabilidades
- Design engaging, cross-platform experiences for mobile, web and desktop that meet business goals and user needs
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and diverse solutions to enhance the user experience
- Apply user psychology and data-driven insights to inform design decisions
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and design assets; collaborate with engineers for seamless implementation and contribute to the design system
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform design; participate in usability studies
- Align design strategies with business goals and KPIs to drive measurable outcomes
- Develop solutions for ecommerce with focus on consumer behavior and decision-making in retail environments
- Stakeholder management: communicate design value and influence decision-making throughout projects
- Drive high-level strategic design initiatives aligned with company goals and market trends; collaborate with leadership to shape design visions and brand evolution
- Mentor and support team development, seeking feedback and promoting growth
Requisitos principales
- 5 to 7 years of professional Product Design experience with web/mobile/software exposure
- Proven ecommerce design experience across platforms and complex business models
- Data-driven decision-making with ability to analyse data to improve UX and business outcomes
- Experience conducting usability testing and design research; familiarity with various UX methods
- Portfolio or samples showcasing Product Design skills with ecommerce cases
- Fluent English with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to facilitate constructive design discussions
- Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent experience
- Bonus: proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator; strong typography, layout, and interaction design
- Bonus: travel industry experience
