As a Senior People & Talent Business Partner in Madrid, you will advise EMEA Technical Services leaders and drive people strategies that align with business goals. You’ll support organisational design, leadership development, and talent planning while championing fair, empathetic employee relations and a culture of trust. You’ll partner with the global People & Talent team to enhance HR operations and employee experience across the region. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-growing tech company and a hybrid, inclusive environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with Technical Services leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development across EMEA
  • Conduct performance talent reviews, assess successors, identify skill gaps, and propose retention actions
  • Interpret and communicate People policies (remote work, flexibility) to managers and teams
  • Coach leaders on performance frameworks and development conversations
  • Support employment lifecycle activities across multiple EMEA locations ensuring compliance and fairness
  • Analyze engagement surveys and translate results into actions to strengthen culture
  • Provide proactive coaching on people leadership and organisational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the global People & Talent team to improve HR operations and employee experience

Requisitos principales

  • 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Leader experience in multinational or tech-driven environments
  • Proven track record supporting technical and customer-facing teams in fast-paced, scaling organisations
  • Solid understanding of labour law in Spain; knowledge of other countries is a plus
  • Strong operational capability with ability to balance hands-on delivery and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using insights for decision-making
  • Business-level fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
