In this Senior Marketing Technology role, you will design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade MarTech solutions to support Edwards Lifesciences’ patient-focused mission. You will work with global sales and marketing teams to translate needs into scalable marketing technology, digital experiences, and data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate across IT and business partners to drive digital marketing strategies and ensure seamless integration of tools at scale. This is a mission-driven, cross-functional role where you shape Martech architecture and mentor others while staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsabilidades
- Document requirements and design innovative MarTech solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage and administer multiple Martech platforms as primary architect
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide solution recommendations
- Design scalable integrations with existing marketing technology systems and create technical roadmaps
- Collaborate on Marketo Engage, CDP, ABM, and digital analytics strategies with Marketing Technologies team
- Ensure seamless IT and business partnership for Martech tool integration
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Stay up to date with emerging MarTech trends and assess business impact
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with business leaders, IT, and external vendors
Requisitos principales
- Significant experience with enterprise-grade MarTech solutions
- Broad understanding of digital marketing technologies and business processes
- Experience with at least two of Salesforce, Marketing Automation, CDP technologies, or ABM
- Strong communication skills and mission-driven mindset
- Bachelor in STEM or Business, 8+ years of relevant experience (8+ years with Master’s degree in STEM or Business)
- 6+ years hands-on experience with Marketo, Showpad, CornerstoneSalesforce and Marketing Automation
- At least two years with CDP, ABM, LXP/LMS, Sales Enablement, DAM or equivalents
- Experience building custom integrations for marketing automation platforms
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business language
- Experience with data visualization and marketing analytics (e.g., Tableau)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
