Responsabilidades

Data gathering and preparation of quality of earnings reports
Financial analysis and research on target companies
Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
Client communication to ensure high-quality service
Participation in marketing and recruiting activities
Opportunities for career development and advancement within the group
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Mentor and develop team members under Baker Tilly Care and Teach
Support firm leadership in client engagements and initiatives

Requisitos principales

8+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related
CPA certification preferred
High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
Strong organizational skills and multitasking
Intermediate modeling and Excel skills; ability to perform complex financial analysis
Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting analyses to management
Team player capable of working with client personnel at all levels
Comfort with senior-level client interactions and executive briefings
