Responsabilidades

Lead and oversee engineering operations to ensure continuous production performance
Plan, manage, and deliver project activities with clear scope, schedule, and objectives, including risk mitigation and issue resolution
Direct assigned teams and cross-functional project groups, with potential budget oversight
Develop a robust talent development plan aligned with department growth strategies
Lead cross-functional groups to provide design recommendations for components or products
Perform other incidental duties as required
