As Senior Manager D&T Warehousing, you will lead a chapter of digital warehousing professionals focused on transforming operations through SAP-based solutions. You will own the warehousing digital strategy and drive adoption of scalable technologies in alignment with supply chain and manufacturing goals. You’ll act as a SAP warehousing thought leader while exploring WMS, IoT, robotics, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions. This role sits in the Manufacturing cluster and partners with IT and operations to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Responsabilidades
- Lead a chapter of warehousing digital professionals and foster continuous improvement
- Own and execute the digital warehousing strategy aligned with supply chain and manufacturing goals
- Lead SAP warehousing (EWM, WM, S/4HANA) initiatives and integrate complementary tech like WMS, IoT, robotics, and analytics
- Collaborate with business, IT, and operations to identify opportunities and deliver digital solutions
- Maintain technical excellence across projects, including architecture, integration, and lifecycle management
- Mentor team members and promote growth in digital warehousing capabilities
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in warehousing and logistics
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
- <=10 years of experience in the domain
- Strong people management skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication with senior and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of (digital) warehousing solutions and concepts
- Proven experience bridging business strategy and digital initiatives
