As Senior Manager D&T Smart Manufacturing and Robotics, you will lead a digital-expert team to drive innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing. You will focus on smart manufacturing solutions and robotics, leveraging automation, IoT, (Gen)AI, and data-driven insights to optimize production. You will integrate robotic systems with MES and analytics to enable scalable, next‑generation factory capabilities. You will shape deployment of cobots, AMRs, and AI-driven maintenance while partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

Responsabilidades
- Deploy robots for assembly, material handling, maintenance, process controls and packaging to boost efficiency
- Integrate cobots with human operators to improve flexibility and safety
- Implement autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for intralogistics and real-time material flow optimization
- Leverage AI-driven robotic systems for predictive maintenance, quality inspection, and adaptive manufacturing
- Connect and orchestrate robotic systems via MES, IoT platforms, and analytics for seamless operations and scalability
- Deploy new smart sensors to collect previously unavailable data; build a foundation for advanced ML models for maintenance, outage prevention, and yield improvements
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, IT, or a related field (minimum)
- +/- 10 years of proven experience in this domain linking business strategy and digital initiatives
- Demonstrated knowledge of (digital) warehousing solutions and concepts
- Strong people management skills
- Fluency in English
- Clear, effective communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
