Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a chapter of digital professionals in manufacturing and plant maintenance
Own the Digital Strategy for manufacturing and plant maintenance aligning with supply chain and operations goals
Act as a SAP manufacturing and maintenance thought leader (PP, PM, S/4HANA) while integrating IoT, robotics, predictive analytics, and AI tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT, and operations to define requirements and deliver digital solutions
Ensure technical excellence across projects including architecture, integration, and lifecycle management
Mentor and coach team members to maintain cutting-edge digital capabilities
Drive innovation by tracking industry trends and evolving business needs
