Responsabilidades

Lead global data initiatives ensuring data availability, quality, and transparency across RSA markets
Drive end-to-end tariff lifecycle globally, including data collection, harmonization, analysis, modeling, testing, and deployment
Define and steer global RSA pricing strategy with regional teams and ensure consistent execution across tools
Own and manage RSA Smart Circle and quarterly 360 reviews with forward-looking insights
Define and implement harmonized portfolio monitoring and remediation solutions (including Salesforce tools)
Develop a global reporting and portfolio monitoring ecosystem with datamarts, dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks
Champion Technical Excellence (TEX) by elevating data, reporting, analytics, and tariff sophistication
Ensure operational efficiency by reusing standardized tools/reports across regions and global teams
Act as a people leader, developing and coaching direct reports with structured development planning

Requisitos principales

Proven leadership in pricing, underwriting, data, analytics, or portfolio management in insurance/financial services or complex global environments
Strong expertise in pricing strategy, tariff development, and portfolio optimization
Experience in data management, analytics, and reporting transformation
Experience with global tool/process harmonization
Experience leading international, high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management across Markets, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT
Strategic mindset with strong execution and delivery capabilities
Advanced understanding of predictive analytics, performance monitoring, and decision-support frameworks
High business acumen focused on profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable growth
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
