In this role you will drive Fever’s growth by sourcing and hiring top tech and impact-focused talent across international markets. You will partner with hiring managers to design efficient processes, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and nurture a strong talent pipeline for a fast-growing global leader. Your work enables Fever to scale its engineering, product, and data capabilities while supporting a mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity in a vibrant, international team.

Responsabilidades
- Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews, testing, and coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment processes
- Provide a world-class candidate experience and timely feedback
- Represent Fever at virtual job fairs and meetups to spread the employer brand
- Maintain and grow an active candidate pipeline for future opportunities
Requisitos principales
- +5 years of experience, preferably in-house within tech or a related industry
- Proven success in delivering international tech hires (Data, Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, DevOps)
- High English level and fluent Spanish; other languages a plus
- Residence in Spain
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Solid understanding of Fever's vision, business model and operations
- Strong networking skills and ability to build smart recruiting partnerships
