As a WHS Manager at an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, you drive safety improvements and cultivate an inclusive culture on site. You will lead health and safety activities, guide teams, and partner with Operations to raise safety standards, quality, and productivity. Your role spans risk reduction, governance, and change management to sustain a safe, efficient environment for customers and colleagues. This position offers impact across the FC and regional safety initiatives within a fast-paced, tech-enabled setting.

Responsabilidades

Manage the health and safety function at the FC and supervise staff to meet objectives
Lead collaborative health and safety projects across operations sites
Provide authoritative health and safety guidance to stakeholders in your area
Review and audit H&S arrangements and continuously improve them
Develop strategies to plan work systems that reduce H&S risks and adapt plant/machinery/processes
Ensure robust H&S reporting regimes and manage H&S statistics
Provide management information and statistics for your area
Support business change through effective change management in a fast-paced FC
Drive behavioural culture change across a large, multi-shift operation
Implement and review global safety policies while meeting local regulations

Requisitos principales

Bachelor degree or EQF-aligned qualification (or equivalent)
Education to degree level plus Spanish health and safety qualifications (Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales with specialisations)
Relevant experience managing a team
Relevant experience complying with local health and safety legislation
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language
