In this role you will support Europe’s leadership with financial and operational reporting, analysis and planning. You will translate business strategy into actionable objectives and drive accuracy, timeliness and insight in financial data. You’ll work across a matrixed organization to enable strategic decision-making and process improvements. This is a hands-on role that blends analytics with stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration. You will be part of a mission-driven company focused on sustainable animal genetics and productivity.

Responsabilidades
- Develop metrics to measure growth, profitability, and productivity
- Deliver high-value financial information for strategic decisions
- Create robust planning models for revenue and COGS drivers
- Analyze operating expenses focusing on key functions
- Improve reporting accuracy, timeliness, and insight
- Support operational reviews and scorecards with senior management
- Coordinate with stakeholders across PIC, both domestically and internationally
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks to improve processes and productivity
- Enhance BI capabilities and automate where possible
- Support monthly close, sales commission reporting and analysis
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Business and 8+ years of financial and data analysis experience
- 3 years of corporate finance experience
- Experience operating in a matrixed organization
- Advanced PC modeling skills (spreadsheet and database)
- Experience with data cube and BI platforms (TM1/PBI preferred)
- Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)
- Experience handling highly sensitive information with integrity
- Project management experience
- Ability to interact with all management levels
- High energy, self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- English language proficiency
