In this role you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of EPM applications (CCH Tagetik) to support finance transformation and reporting excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, scalability, and data integrity within the EPM ecosystem. You will shape data models, integrations, and business rules to streamline close, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring governance and security. This is an international, impact-driven position with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to strategic finance initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Lead the research, design, architecture, development and maintenance of EPM applications to support financial and operational processes
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across all project phases, from design to deployment
Define and optimize data models and architecture for scalability and performance
Design and implement advanced data integration solutions for ERP and non-ERP sources
Develop advanced business rules, calculations and automation for close, forecasting and reporting
Establish best practices for configuration, security and performance tuning
Participate in team ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, reviews, retrospectives)
Drive continuous improvement to enhance system capabilities, user experience and efficiency
Ensure governance, risk management and data security standards within the EPM ecosystem
Demonstrate ownership by aligning IT deliverables with business needs and initiatives

Requisitos principales

5+ years of experience implementing CCH Tagetik
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science or related majors
Proficient in relational databases and data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of SQL
Experience in data analysis, profiling, quality, modeling and integration
Understanding of the financial close cycle and related business practices
Ability to grasp complex business concepts and contribute to development lifecycle
Structured problem-solving capabilities for complex financial challenges
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills for cross-functional collaboration
Knowledge and experience with Analytical Information Hub (AIH) in CCH Tagetik
