Responsabilidades

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation
Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle from planning to maintenance
Promote design patterns, DDD, and agile practices across the team
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to define requirements and product vision
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
Drive continuous improvement in technical processes and team dynamics
Contribute to codebases when necessary to maintain technical edge
Develop and run highly-available, high-traffic, customer-facing services

Requisitos principales

Hands-on engineering management experience
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design
Experience building highly available, high-traffic, customer-facing services with monitoring and alerting
Excellent problem-solving and strategic mindset
Strong communication skills for technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders
Experience with agile methodologies and delivering high-quality software
English proficiency
