In this role you lead a critical Marketing & Promotions engineering team within King’s Player Experience Operations, building scalable systems that power personalized marketing across channels. You’ll bridge content, data, and operations to enable cross-game campaigns while ensuring privacy and compliance. You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, and Live Ops to modernize marketing tech and accelerate time-to-value. This is a chance to shape how marketing technology serves players at scale, delivering engaging experiences and measurable impact. You’ll drive a high-performance engineering culture that prioritizes reliability, automation, and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Define the Engineering Strategy for Marketing & Promotions and translate it into a clear execution plan aligned with Shared Tech’s mission and King’s goals.
Foster cross-domain collaboration to ensure interoperability with Game Systems, Live Ops, Economy, and Player Data; break down silos and accelerate safe game delivery.
Champion operational excellence and developer experience through automation, observability, reliability, and standardized integrations; reduce manual overhead and improve onboarding of Social and Identity APIs.
Lead scalable infrastructure delivery, turning regulatory and compliance requirements into robust technical capabilities in collaboration with CRM and PXO stakeholders.
Build and nurture a high-performance engineering culture, recruiting and retaining top talent, promoting psychological safety, autonomy, and continuous knowledge sharing.

Requisitos principales

Deep understanding of consumer marketing technologies (Braze, Swrve or competitors), data privacy regulations, and Live Ops across devices and platforms.
Proven ability to design and scale backend services engaging global audiences; familiarity with MarTech trends.
Experience building high-volume, highly available services with strong observability, alerting, and recovery practices.
