As Senior Engineering Leader at Nivoda, you will shape and drive engineering strategy for a rapidly scaling jewelry marketplace. You will lead cross-functional teams to architect and launch new platform offerings for the global B2B audience, aligning tech with business goals. You’ll mentor managers and tech leads, steward technical direction, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. This role offers the chance to influence how jewellery is bought and sold online while advancing Nivoda’s innovative culture and engineering standards.

Responsabilidades
- Drive expansion of category offerings on platform and mobile app
- Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with business objectives
- Define and own technical direction with Tech Leads
- Translate business requirements into long-term engineering initiatives and staffing plans
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and cross-department collaboration
- Develop and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines
- Improve customer touchpoints through technical decisions aligned with company vision
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to keep engineering competitive
Requisitos principales
- 4+ years of management experience, including management of managers and technical leads
- Proficiency in system architecture and design with data stores knowledge
- Strong cloud (AWS) knowledge and experience with streaming data tools (Kafka)
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and project management capabilities
- Proven ability to mentor teams toward ambitious goals with consistent execution
- Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Bonus: experience building Ecommerce Marketplace Solutions
