As Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will steer electrical and controls design to standardize solutions across international projects. You’ll collaborate with product teams, support sales, and guide colleagues to accelerate electrical engineering processes. You’ll design hardware per company standards and manage supplier quotes and site supervision when needed. This role combines hands-on design with cross-functional influence to drive automation excellence in a global context.

Responsabilidades

Improve designs, architecture and processes for electrical standardization with product teams
Support projects across market domains
Provide technical guidance to sales and assist with quotations and cost estimation
Support training to accelerate other electrical engineers
Develop electrical and controls hardware designs per standard solutions (layouts and drawings)
Contribute to hardware specifications and supplier sourcing/RFQs
Perform EM supervisor duties during site construction when required

Requisitos principales

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering
Strong background in electrical design, power distribution and electrical cabinet design
Knowledge of Fieldbus systems (Profibus, Profinet, AS-Interface)
Experience with motor control, especially frequency-controlled systems
Experience with highly automated systems (Siemens preferred)
AutoCAD and E-Plan proficiency
Hands-on, stress resistant, flexible and self-supporting with good communication
English (B2) and high level of Spanish (B2)
Ability to work in an international project environment
