Responsabilidades

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive value and growth for customers and business
Own initiatives from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery
Provide transparency on initiatives to team and stakeholders
Influence and advise stakeholders on optimal actions
Stay up-to-date on ML/AI advancements
Lead and mentor data scientists
Advocate for machine learning and AI within the organization
Uphold company values and maintain a friendly working environment

Requisitos principales

Degree in a quantitative field
5+ years of related experience as a Data Scientist or ML engineer
Solid understanding of statistical methods and ML techniques with open-source frameworks
Experience building production-ready ML solutions and MLOps
Experienced Python developer; other languages a plus
Experience with cloud platforms and scalable solutions
Experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks like LangChain; plus
Written and oral communication skills in English
