In this role you assess whether documents can be signed, balancing the company’s duties as manager with client interests. You detect and escalate tax and legal implications of proposed transactions, coordinating with specialists as needed. You guide clients in Dutch company law and maintain proactive relationships with advisers and clients. You establish and oversee client structures, board processes, and governance documents, while ensuring compliance with applicable rules. You work in a cross‑functional setting to deliver high‑quality, compliant solutions and contribute to long‑term client relationships.

Responsabilidades

Assess and validate signability of documents for client entities and company positions
Identify tax/legal issues in transactions and involve specialists as needed
Provide guidance on Dutch company law to clients
Investigate and resolve legal, fiscal, and administrative questions with specialist input
Maintain and grow contacts with advisers and clients
Represent the company in external relations and handle correspondence with authorities
Ensure compliance with supervision laws and regulations
Oversee customer acceptance, risk reviews, and related controls
Establish client companies in collaboration with notaries, banks, etc.
Accept directorship roles for client companies with approval
Prepare documents (powers of attorney, resolutions, agreements) and assess them for client entities
Organize minutes of board and shareholders meetings
Contribute to high-quality standards and monitor internal procedures
Supervise Corporate and Support Officers

Requisitos principales

Completed studies in Dutch, notarial, and/or tax law
3–5+ years of relevant experience at a trust office, law firm, tax advisory, notary office, or corporate lawyer in corporate/business law
Willingness to deepen legal and tax knowledge
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Ability to adopt a helicopter view and connect issues across disciplines
Excellent external and internal communication skills
Proficiency in Dutch and English for document preparation and client interactions; another language is advantageous
Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term client relationships
Reliable, proactive, decisive, and deadline-oriented
Team player with responsibility and commitment
Interest in business development and account management roles leveraging legal/tax knowledge
