As Senior Consultant in Madrid, you advise lenders, sponsors and investors through the full lifecycle of concession-based infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on technical due diligence. You lead on greenfield tenders, M&A, and ongoing operational support, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and guiding multi-disciplinary teams. You provide lender-focused technical input and critical review of due diligence reports to shape decision-making. This role offers impact across highways, railways and PPP/concession assets, blending project management with hands-on technical analysis.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical due diligence for PPP infrastructure assets during bidding, M&A, and ongoing support to lenders and asset managers
Review and evaluate technical documentation (Concession Agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, budgets, financial models, technical reports, inspections, asset data)
Assess O&M and lifecycle strategies, budgets and cost forecasts for risks and value opportunities
Participate in site visits, inspections and meetings with clients, operators and stakeholders
Prepare technical reports, presentations and client deliverables for diverse audiences
Coordinate internal teams and external advisors within multi-disciplinary project workstreams
