In this role you will safeguard Satispay’s compliance across the investment products domain, including crypto-asset risks. You will support the Compliance function, oversee risk management, and advise business teams on regulatory changes. You’ll contribute to licensing, policy updates, and regulatory reporting, while coordinating with regulators and auditors. The position offers ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape a growing fintech with a strong regulatory focus.

Responsabilidades
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a robust Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Perform second-line controls, identify weaknesses, and issue recommendations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks for existing and new investment products, including crypto-assets
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management and product teams on impacts
- Contribute to regulatory strategy and license extension processes
- Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures
- Support timely regulatory reporting, including the CSSF annual questionnaire on financial crime
- Assist in regulatory interactions with regulators and audits
- Help develop and deliver compliance training programs
- Draft regular compliance reports to management and the board
Requisitos principales
- Compliance experience in a regulated financial institution (3–5 years)
- Experience with a compliance framework; exposure to audits/inspections is a plus
- Knowledge of European regulations (MiFID II, MiCA) and Luxembourg laws for investment firms
- Interest in fintech and investments, including virtual assets and technology-driven environments
- AML/CFT knowledge, including transaction monitoring and sanctions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills
