In this senior, hands-on role you will shape and secure Cint’s expanding AWS-based cloud platform, driving DevSecOps automation and end-to-end delivery. You’ll influence engineers and managers across a broad tech function while maintaining high build quality and security standards. The role supports a green-field infrastructure rebuild designed to scale with future growth and revenue. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed robust security across data, applications, and networks. This is a technically challenging opportunity with a focus on long-term platform security and automation.

Responsabilidades

Improve security posture across legacy and green-field resources (data, applications, networks)
Provide security expertise to engineering teams to ensure policy adoption
Automate software delivery to the cloud platform and embed security (DevSecOps)
Enhance monitoring and alerting with security data points
Participate in on-call rotation and troubleshoot issues
Define and implement a Security Incident Response process with regular testing and updates

Requisitos principales

3+ years in Cloud Infrastructure roles (AWS) with DevSecOps experience
Comfort interacting with AWS via CLI and/or API
Proficient with Terraform for infrastructure as code
Expertise in threat assessment, attack surface management, data security, and network security (L4/L7, DNS, VPC, WAF, CloudFront)
Experience designing/managing IAM policies, roles, trust policies
Knowledge of VPN, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, KMS, TLS
Familiar with IdP frameworks (Okta, OneLogin, Auth0)
Docker/container security and orchestration security
Code security auditing, IAST/DAST, secure coding practices, security KPI metrics
Programming/scripting in Python, Bash, Ruby, Node, Golang, or Java
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
