In this role you own end-to-end category strategy and launches across marketplace partnerships, with a current focus on Amazon. You’ll shape the category roadmap, forecast, and performance, collaborating with Finance, Product, Operations, Production, and Fulfillment. You’ll lead cross-functional alignment, define KPIs, and build scalable processes to drive growth in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. This is a strategic, high-impact position shaping Cimpress Open’s category management capability and partner ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end product launch pipeline across partners
Manage category-level forecast (volume, revenue, margin) with Finance
Lead category execution on Amazon marketplaces (EU & US) and scale to future partners
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics for decisions
Drive senior cross-functional alignment across Channel, Operations, Product Owners, Production, Fulfillment
Define and track category KPIs and actively manage performance
Present category performance, forecasts, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Optimize category performance with data-driven, commercially sound decisions

Requisitos principales

7+ years of category management with commercial accountability
Experience owning product launch roadmaps and forecasting in cross-functional settings
Strong experience with Amazon as a marketplace partner (EU & US)
Ability to generalize category strategy across partners
Data-driven, proactive with ownership and accountability
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
Fluent English; other languages a plus
Self-starter in fast-moving, evolving setups
