Responsabilidades

Develop C&B strategies, policies and procedures and drive their global implementation
Provide counsel and support to HR teams across Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Poland)
Lead compensation projects and manage C&B processes (salary and bonus planning, benefits introduction, job mapping reviews)
Coordinate international mobility processes
Oversee executive remuneration and internal equity/external competitiveness reporting
Maintain effective communications with internal clients (HRBPs, Line Managers, Directors, CHRO)
Liaise with external compensation consulting firms
Monitor Center of Excellence metrics and analytics
